Disgraced influencer Andrew Tate faces new allegations of sexual exploitation and trafficking after British prosecutors filed court documents detailing his alleged involvement in a webcam operation involving a minor. The claims, filed in a Florida federal court as part of the UK’s effort to bring Tate back for trial, allege that Tate knowingly exploited a 17-year-old girl who worked for his webcam business.

Sexual Exploitation Allegations

Prosecutors claim that Tate, then 28, was aware the girl was underage when he began working with her in 2014. Police reportedly found 168 indecent images and videos of the teen on his devices during an arrest in 2015. Of these, 66 were classified as Category A, the most serious level in the UK, and 26 as Category B. The girl’s passport, found in Tate’s home, confirmed she was still a minor at the time of the arrest.

A text exchange from January 2015 allegedly shows Tate was aware of the girl’s age. In the messages, the teen claimed her parents suspected she was being pimped out, and Tate allegedly suggested he would not let her go home but worried her father might report him. Five months later, prosecutors allege Tate shared videos of the girl in a WhatsApp group, bragging about her work and claiming one man offered her $1,000 per day for a specific act.

Brother’s Involvement and Charges

The allegations also include his brother Tristan Tate, who is accused of helping manage the victim’s accounts, roughing her up, and collecting over $1.25 million, some of which was spent on luxury cars. Romanian prosecutors recently indicted both brothers for human trafficking and money laundering, accusing Andrew Tate of grooming a 15-year-old girl and forcing her into webcam work from 2012 to 2021.

The Tates were arrested in the U.S. in July 2025 at Britain’s request and now face 59 charges, including rape and sex trafficking. They remain in custody and have denied all wrongdoing, claiming their encounters were consensual.
