What this site is
News covers world affairs, politics, economy and technology — with particular attention to artificial intelligence and the way it is reshaping markets, security and public policy.
Our aim is simple: take the day’s most consequential stories, cut the noise, and explain why they matter. Short enough to read between two things, detailed enough to be worth the time.
How we work
We monitor a wide range of primary sources — wire services, regulators, company filings, research publications and established outlets — and use automated tools to surface, summarise and cross-check what is being reported. Editorial judgement about what gets published, and how it is framed, stays with a person.
When a story originates with another outlet, we say so and link to it. We do not present other people’s reporting as our own.
Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we fix it and say what changed rather than quietly editing the page. If you spot an error, write to [email protected].
