President Donald Trump joked Friday that his voice was operating at just 49.2% after 28 consecutive days of campaigning, as he prepared for two more rallies in Iowa and Kansas. Speaking at a Florida rally, Trump described the grueling schedule as “a lot,” but remained undeterred by his vocal fatigue.

Rescheduled Rallies and Campaign Momentum

Trump’s comments came as the White House confirmed that the planned rallies in Kansas and Iowa were back on, reversing an earlier decision to replace them with remote campaign events. The president will campaign in both states while continuing a series of nearly 20 tele-rallies aimed at reaching voters nationwide.

“Rallies are BACK ON! President Trump loves his supporters, and in addition to nearly 20 tele-rallies, he will hold back-to-back rallies in Kansas and Iowa on Sunday,” a source told the New York Post.

Scheduling Confusion and Political Pressure

The scheduling confusion prompted speculation about whether Trump was scaling back his demanding schedule after weeks of frequent rallies. According to the Associated Press, Trump had headlined 25 rallies across 19 states during October. On Thursday, he dismissed a reporter’s suggestion that he had canceled the Kansas appearance due to exhaustion.

“You’re sick to ask that question. You are sick,” Trump told the reporter, adding, “I don’t feel I have to go to Kansas. I feel perfect. You are disgusting. Put yourself in shape. You look like hell.”

Key Senate Races and Political Challenges

Trump also praised Republican Sen. Roger Marshall, who is facing a tough re-election race in Kansas. Marshall is battling against liberal Methodist pastor Adam Hamilton, a Democrat nominee who has mounted a polling lead in a state Republicans haven’t lost since 1932.

“Months ago, the RNC was warned that Marshall was not taking the race seriously,” said Ryan Girdusky, a conservative political consultant. “They basically ignored all warnings. Marshall told them don’t invest in Kansas, he was fine. He never hired a professional campaign team for the re-elect.”

Marshall’s campaign has been criticized for its lack of urgency, despite the growing threat from Hamilton, who has gained traction with his progressive messaging and community outreach.
