During the interview, Devine asked Trump how he would protect his administration officials if Democrats pursued legal action. Trump responded by suggesting he would consider preemptive pardons, referencing former President Joe Biden’s actions. When asked if he would do the same for all his staff, Trump affirmed that he would, stating, “I would not even think about it. I’d do it. I did it for J6.”
Democratic Threats Against Trump and His Team
Democrats have long expressed intentions to investigate Trump, his family, and his administration. Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) previously stated that if his party wins the majority, they would investigate the Trump family for corruption. Similarly, Rep.
