Allegheny County Police Department Assistant Superintendent Victor Joseph described the scene as “very violent,” with broken furniture and mirrors. Hemingway was found in a nearby yard with cuts on his hands and was arrested by police. A neighbor, Sandra Trappen, told Action News 4 that officers spent over an hour searching the area before finding Hemingway, who appeared to be bleeding and incapacitated.
