U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an additional 14 foreign nationals for alleged illegal voting, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller. These arrests are part of a nationwide effort to investigate and apprehend individuals accused of unlawfully voting in U.S. elections.

The records, obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller, identify individuals arrested or charged in connection with alleged voter fraud and other election-related offenses. The arrests include citizens from several countries, including Liberia, Canada, Brazil, Vietnam, and Cuba.

Three Mexican citizens were among those arrested or charged. Alejandro Villegas Garcia was arrested for illegally voting in the 2022 and 2024 elections. Julio Ceser Arias Antonio and Dilea Ochoa Perez are both Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients, according to the agency. Arias was arrested for allegedly voting multiple times, including in 2016, 2020, and 2024, while Perez was charged with unlawful voting in the 2022 and 2024 elections.

When asked by the Caller about the documents, ICE Public Affairs Assistant Director Micah Bock wrote that Americans should be “furious when they see how frequently aliens vote unlawfully in U.S. elections.” “Each vote cast by an alien disenfranchises an American citizen’s vote. The arrests will continue until every alien committing vote fraud is apprehended,” Bock said.

Three Liberian citizens were also included in the documents reviewed by the Caller. Stanley Jide was arrested for unlawful voting in the 2022 election. He has prior convictions for assault and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, according to ICE. Bhator Bryant and Chris Adam Pettiquoi, both Liberian citizens, were charged with unlawful voting and making false claims of U.S. citizenship to vote, according to the documents. Bryant was charged in connection with the 2024 election, while records indicate Pettiquoi voted in the 2014, 2016, 2020 and 2024 elections.

The documents also identify three Canadian citizens, including Allan Joseph William Arseneault, who was arrested for unlawful voting in the 2024 election, and Christian Liam Schenk, who was charged with unlawful voting, making a false claim of U.S. citizenship, fraud, and theft after voting in the 2024 election. The third, Paula Stitt, admitted to voting in at least one U.S. election and was charged with voting by an alien and fraud, according to the agency.

The records also identify two Brazilian citizens: Vilmelena Dye, also known as Vilmelena Pereira, a former lawful permanent resident who was arrested for allegedly voting illegally in the 1996 election, and Aparecido Padovan, who was charged with unlawful voting and making a false claim of U.S. citizenship to vote. Documents further indicate Padovan voted in the 2016, 2022, and 2024 elections.

Other individuals include Ayan Ahmen, a citizen of Somalia, who admitted to voting in the 2021 election; Cong Anh Nguyen, a Vietnamese citizen with a prior theft conviction, who admitted to voting in the 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024 elections, according to ICE. Andres Garcia, a Cuban citizen, was charged with voting by an alien, and Sade Shashauna Guppy, a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago, was charged with voter fraud by an alien after voting in the 2022 election, according to the agency.
